Returns
However, please do not return any stock to us without first contacting us to discuss the return of your unwanted items. No returned goods will be accepted without our previous authorisation and goods return number.
Should you wish to return any unwanted orders, please contact us with the following details:
- Your contact details (Name, address, e-mail and telephone number)
- What you would like to return
- Your date of purchase
- An acceptable reason for return
- LIPP Group’s order/invoice number
We will do everything possible to comply with reasonable requests for returns and will issue any refund due to you as promptly as possible.
Unwanted or Damaged/Faulty Goods
The customer should inspect the products upon receipt and notify LIPP Group within 14 days for unwanted goods or 30 days if they deem the goods be faulty or damaged. If the customer fails to notify LIPP Group within 14 days of delivery that they no longer require the goods or 30 days of delivery that their goods are broken or faulty, the customer will be judged to have accepted the goods. We cannot accept any claims for faulty or broken goods more than 30 days after delivery.
Terms For Returns
Should the customer wish to cancel the order prior to dispatch, payment shall be refunded in full within 28 days. The customer should inspect the products upon receipt and notify LIPP Group within 14 days for unwanted goods or 30 days if they deem the goods be faulty or damaged. If the customer fails to notify LIPP Group within 14 days of delivery that they no longer require the goods or 30 days of delivery that their goods are broken or faulty, the customer will be judged to have accepted the goods. Should the products be faulty or damaged, LIPP Group shall take responsibility for recovery of the goods from the customer within 30 days of delivery. The customer will also be entitled to a full refund if the goods are deemed to be faulty/damaged by LIPP Group.
Goods ordered incorrectly may be subject to a handling charge and the value of the goods only will be refunded if the goods are deemed an acceptable condition. We cannot refund our shipping costs. Returns for incorrectly ordered goods will incur a 35% handling charge or £15.00 whichever is greater. We cannot take any returns request via the telephone or e-mail, all returns requests must be made through our website in your account.
Any refunds due to customers will be paid within 28 working days, and wherever possible via the original payment method.
